How can we help?
Slimr is built and supported by one developer who reads every email. Quick answers below — and a real human address at the top if you need anything else.
Quick answers
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancellation happens in your Apple ID settings — not inside Slimr.
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Select Slimr and tap Cancel Subscription.
You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. If you're on the free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid the charge.
How do I restore my purchase on a new iPhone?
Sign in to the same Apple ID you used to purchase. Then in Slimr, open Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Apple will reissue your entitlement within a few seconds. Family Sharing members are restored the same way.
How do I delete my data?
Slimr stores your data locally on your iPhone and synced to your private iCloud — there is no account on our servers.
- To delete a single record, open it in Slimr and tap delete.
- To delete everything, uninstall Slimr from your iPhone.
- To remove the synced copy from iCloud, go to Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Slimr and delete the data.
To remove the small amount of backend data we keep (anonymous device UUID + entitlement record), email us with your device ID found in Settings → About → Device ID. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I export a PDF for my doctor?
Open the body composition scan or weight history you want to export, tap the share icon at the top right, and choose Export PDF. The file is generated on your device and you can send it through Mail, Messages, or save it to Files.
Does Family Sharing work?
Yes for Annual and Lifetime plans — up to 5 family members on your Apple Family Group get Pro access on their own Apple ID, with their own private data.
The Monthly plan does not support Family Sharing — only the purchaser gets Pro.
Set up your family in Settings → [your name] → Family Sharing on iPhone.
I'm having trouble with sync between devices.
Sync runs through your private iCloud. Most issues are solved by:
- Verifying both devices are signed in to the same Apple ID.
- Confirming iCloud Drive is on for Slimr in Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Saved to iCloud → Slimr.
- Making sure both devices have an internet connection.
- Force-quitting Slimr and reopening it.
If sync still doesn't work, write us with the iOS version on each device.
I want a refund.
All payments go through Apple, so refund requests are handled by Apple under their standard policy — we cannot issue refunds directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find Slimr, and request a refund. Apple usually responds within 1–3 business days.
